GoogleThe Dagenham branch couldn’t help me enough from the beginning to the end any problems or worries I had I could talk to them and they would put my mind at ease I kept being up dated all the time anything I didn’t understand I would phone them and they answered straight away I would recommend them to anyone. I had bad experiences with other estate agents. but bristow and eves in Dagenham are the best

GoogleI cannot find enough negative points to click here. After the property was let, the agency practically dissipated. As a tenant, I was assigned to an agent that doesn't work for the company anymore. I have 6 open repair claims for a month now that no action has been taken. Karen has also been wonderful and very informative about the whole process, keeping us updated throughout and helping us with our solicitor. GoogleBunch of crooks. Only interested in making a fast buck very rude and unprofessional. Will never give them any business and will make sure my friends and family do the same. Two people that deserve a special.mention are Karen and Ibrahim two of the most unprofessional and incompetent individuals I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. My issues are from August 2016. Nine months on I'm still fuming about my experience.
