GoogleI approached Brown and Merry as had found a lovely property that I wanted to purchase ( also through them) but there was considerable time pressure. The team really stepped up to the mark, and within 2/3 days i already had around 15 viewings booked- all accessed through their network and contacts. The team were extremely enthusiastic and proactive- and made me feel comfortable immediately. I really enjoyed the process and they achieved what i thought was near impossible, with the sale of my house in such a short time frame. I would recommend Brown and Merry going forward- and found the team really personable and helpful.

GoogleI have moved house twice in the last two years and both times I was helped by Brown and Merry, in Tring. On both occasions I received a friendly and professional service. Everyone on the team has been kind, friendly and efficient. Charlotte sold my flat before it even went live and I got the top price. We exchanged contracts this week and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Brown and Merry for both buying and selling.

She went above and beyond with communication and assistance and has always been there to provide help if needed at a moments notice. Awful company. I went to look at a house they were selling and since then, they’ve called me 4 times trying to get me to sell my house with them. The typical conversation they start with me is - “your house has been on the market a long time. Is there any reason for it?Its a long time don’t you think?” Or “you won’t sell your house with us even if we charge a zero percentage”?. It’s all a scam this is how they get customers and they’re rude with it. I blocked their number and didn’t buy the house they were selling because they were too forceful.

I went to view a property with my family. I had previously spoken to the agent Tayla and provided my details. At the property, we filled in the form to put an offer on the property. Everything seemed to go well! The following afternoon I received a missed call and voicemail from Tayla asking to confirm if we would like to go ahead with an offer. Having that I missed the call, I replied via email confirming the offer and I will be in touch the following day Friday. Come Friday, I called 7 mins after opening hours and advised the agent is on the phone and left my message once again confirming my offer. I called again, she’s on the phone. Called again in the afternoon as I haven’t received a call back nor acknowledgement of my email. To call this time for the gentleman to insensitively tell me they’ve let the property to someone else….. As a women of colour, this is very concerning to be have your offer accepted and unknowingly taken back with no communication. Taking into Considering how they’ve handled the matter, I would not recommend their services or agent.
