GoogleAs first time renters, we were a little naive to what the processes involved. After falling in love with one of the properties at Brown and Merry's, Adam Manning showed us around and was so friendly, and helped us along every step of the way. He has been extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond, and always has time to answer my many questions. His responses are always quick, and he is always in a good mood, even when I bother him with emails whilst he's out of office (whoops) I Couldn't recommend this estate agents any more! Our experience with Adam definitely encouraged us to pursue this property and we will definitely be using Brown and Merry's again.

GoogleHaving moved from our family home after 25 years and in the meantime looking for a temporary home Emily, from Brown & Merry, was the breathe of fresh air we needed during such a stressful time. She was always there for us answering all our queries with such a positive and informative manner. She gave us such confidence and made everything run smoothly and efficiently - and found us our lovely rental right in the middle of Tring.

I cannot recommend Brown and Merry's mortgage services enough! Loren Telford who is the Mortgage services manager helped me with my Buy to let Mortgage and is absolutely brilliant, she knows her job inside out, goes above and beyond to deliver. If it wasn't for Loren, I wouldn't of been able to get this buy to let property that I've just purchased. she's amazing and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

Joanne and Olivia shared everything we needed to know well in advance and were a pleasure to speak to about any issues, including going out of their way to ensure our front door was kept clear for our arrival in a packed Luton! TrustpilotMK branch are the worst.
MK branch will require you to work with their mortgage advisor in order to view or make offers for their listings. Most agencies will ask you if you want that and probably will give advantages for those who do so, but specifically asking you to do that over the phone and lie to say the vendor wants that specifically, that's just utterly disgusting.

GoogleBrown & Merry Tring team have been great. They regularly rang to update me on the latest conversations between the solicitors, ( who told us very little). They worked their magic to organise 9 viewings over a weekend with only 2 days notice. They have worked hard for both us as a seller and also the buyer. I would certainly recommend this super team to help you find or sell a property. Thanks.

Very disappointed with this Agency , once we put the house on the market we basically never heard from them . Only one call after a week and that’s it . Don’t expect any form of communication from them , we lost 3 months waiting for nothing to happen .

Brown and Merry helped me from the beginning of my sale to the completion. Martin, Justin, Allan and Charlotte answered all my queries, helped me with my papers, updates over the phone and regular emails, going to them in person. All sales advisors were helpful and polite.

MK branch has constantly facilitated a service which borderline harassed me on my way out, poor communication, a complete inability to take any information down, and refused to give me correct information such as the inventory from when I moved in.Zero control over their awful landlords either!

Very poor, pushed into an ealier move date when there was no oven, zero communication, sent wrong tenancy agreement, only getting the correct one a day before the move (copy and paste really, which when questioned told it can't be changed take this email as confromation that's ok). No commutation after moving in.

GoogleInitially I had to do a lot of chasing to get our house purchase completed before christmas and was promised various times that an agent would call back with updates and never did. However, eventually I got in touch with Yvonne who was wonderful and worked really hard to get it all tied up. Thank you!
