FacebookWe recently sold a house through Sage despite even the lockdowns.
The customer service was brilliant they always had time for us and would answer any questions we had no matter how daft. We were also out of the area so they kept us up to date with any devolpments.
Their knowledge of the local area was also a major plus
Cannot recomend them enough if you need to sell your house in the Valleys

GoogleFriendly, warm but consummate professional service. Knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer any and all queries and were responsive and available. Very understanding of my situation and reassuring in their approach. Was very pleased with the internal photos of my property and the management of viewings was faultless and efficient. My house sold first weekend of being viewed for the full asking price ..so that says it all. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe team over at Sage Risca did a fantastic job - it was a pleasure dealing with them as a tenant in one of the properties they manage/leased to on part of the landlord (abroad during our tenancy). I would certainly entrust my own property to them if I were the landlord myself. Go Team Risca!

GoogleEasy to communicate with. Decent knowledge of the property involved. Ideally details of previous / current utilities suppliers, whether pictures etc could be put etc, would have been helpful.
Apart from that, there was a very simple process to follow re paperwork, contacts, deposit etc
