From on the market to completion in 4 and a half weeks. Thank you so much for the support and by far the cheapest estate agent and the most reliable service.

Googlevery annoyed steve was coming to market property on thursday after coming for valuation earlier; we had to cancel few times due to unforseen problems; but receptionist made the appointment for thursday then steve phoned us up demanding a key when he well knew i had to be there to do the viewings as i have ocd he told me i couldnt be there i could go after i told him in the begining i had to do viewings myself and he agreed and then today because i wont agree to hand over a key on thursday he canceled appointment thank you so much sage and co just what i needed thank you for building me up and letting me down complete waste of my time
Hi Karan, We are suprised and disappointed to read your review. All we respectfully asked to be allowed to carry out any viewings for you, the reason for this being that you failed to arrive for four seperate appointments - booked by yourself. We in all good faith and good conscience could not risk this happening with viewers / prospective purchasers. To have multiple viewers calling us, disappointed and perhaps angry, asking why no one was there to let them in. We are sorry that this has upset you, but we take great care and pride in what we do and with your failure to turn up for numerous previous appointments causes us cause for concern. We wish you all the best with the sale of your house.

FacebookAs a landlord, I am really pleased with the level of service provided by the staff at Sage&Co. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is prompt and I am more than confident that with them acting as Agents, renting out my property will be a smooth process. Tenants were found, security checks complete and moneys arranged swiftly and professionally. Would highly recommend using them and am looking forward to them managing my property rental. Thanks for making the process so simple. Thumbs up from me.

GoogleAs im looking for a house i have notifications on for newly listed houses on the market, see one that comes up that looks good... So my girlfriend (as i'm in work) tries to contacts Sage & Co within an hour of the ad being posted, (probably being the first or second person to contact them about the property) constantly ringing and ringing all day but no answer, even leaving answer phone messages but no returned calls or anything! In a few days my girlfriend calls them to see if she can arrange a viewing but somehow they're fully booked for two days of viewings... You have literally one job and when people are interested in your houses you don't want to answer the phone to them? Or even give them a call back? No doubt there's a few people sat in their office but refuse to answer the phone all day... Absolutely pathetic Exactly how not to run an estate agents!

Communication was excellent throughout the process and I was also kept informed at every stage along the way. All of the staff are very professional and my main communication was with Nicola and Emily. Special mention has to go to Nicola for her patience and good advice. I highly recommend Sage & Co.
