Within days we had three viewings, and within a couple of weeks we had an offer for the full asking price. The girls in the office kept us fully updated at all times. GoogleWhere do I even begin. We moved into a property in January 2023, when we viewed it in December 2022, the house wasn’t in the best shape, mould in most rooms, mould in the built-in fridge, a back garden which wasn’t only just overgrown, it was covered in brambles, the grass was at least knee high, not to mention the “back door” which might as well not be there, it’s a wooden door which has rotted away to the point where insects end up in your living room, rain comes in through the door and it’s just terrible. We were told everything was either fixed or would be, we went to view it again before agreeing to move in and everything seemed to be OK and then fast forward to the summer of 2023, the door issue hadn’t been fixed, the windows are bust and have condensation all inside them and some don’t even open at all. The landlord was next to useless and so were Sage, there was never ever any communication with them beyond reporting an issue and being told it was “passed on”, no update on whatever the landlord has said or hasn’t said. When we moved out, I emailed them along with my 1 month notice, that we would post the keys through the letterbox. They acknowledged the email and then a month later asked why we had done that because apparently they didn’t have a spare key nor did the landlord. How can they even be a company if they can’t do the basics?! What if we lost our key and needed a replacement? I wouldn’t recommend these jokers, if you have the displeasure of dealing with Megan or Diane, just walk away, they’re as clueless as they are useless. I’d give 0 stars if I could. EDIT: As from the reply, they’ve tried to paint myself and my family in bad light. We didn’t leave the property in any disrepair, no damage caused but instead left it as it was when we moved in, and in some areas better than we found it. You will notice they didn’t defend the mould or any of the issues I noted in my review because they know it’s true. They don’t do anything beyond “passing on info” which a review from 6 years ago also mentions, shame they haven’t gotten better. All images uploaded are from when we moved in and some when we were moving out -- none of the issues had ever been resolved with the exception of the built-in fridge.
Dear Connor, We are equally disappointed and astonished in equal measure by your review, although not at all surprised. The lettings team has always responded in timely fashion to your requests during your tenancy and have always acted in your best interests. We are sorry that we have not lived up to your expectations. However, this has no bearing upon the condition that you left the property in. The landlord has inspected the property, as have we, and we fully support his claim. If you feel that blaming us because of a justified claim upon the bond is somehow warranted, that is also your choice. You have been given an opportunity to revisit the house, which you have chosen not to do and state that `that’s what the bond is for.` We wish you all the best in your new home, It is a shame that we were not able to leave you with a more favourable impression of our company.

She has consistently kept me up to date and has been extremely helpful in answering any of our queries. It has been a really smooth process thanks to her. Diane has also been fantastic and she informed us of everything we needed to do to our home to make it rent-proof! What a lovely woman to deal with.
