From start to finish the customer service I received with Thornton’s was fantastic. As a first time seller I required some extra handholding at points and nothing was too much trouble. I was immensely impressed with time to market following initial onboarding and then subsequent sale strategy to get the right buyer. On the conveyancing side this was incredibly thorough yet expeditious and I was kept on track at every stage. The entire process was made very easy for me. I couldn’t fault this service on any front and would certainly recommend their sales and conveyancing teams to anyone looking to sell, irrespective of position in the market or experience.
