Really helpful buying first flat. Explained everything clearly and were available when needed. Were very willing to arrange things to make things easier for me. There were a couple delays, but I think these were caused by the other side / Christmas, weren't long, and had no real consequences.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!It took these guys 8 weeks to review a simple RBS ranking agreement for our business. We had to chase them up from our end for all updates, promises were broken on several ocassions, and their fees were non negociable when questioning them regarding the service provided and the financial impact that this had on our business. Poor show from Thorntons who maybe are not suited to this type of work!

Daniel McGinn has been nothing short of excellent when it came to handling my claim. We have had it going over 2 years through covid where I have faced multiple personal issues and had to move around a lot constantly with other things I was putting before the claim.Daniel continuously worked on it, even when I was hard to get hold of, always got back to me or contacted me as soon as he could and has just done an all round amazing job.2 years of chasing me and other people, making sure everyone including myself was up to date and fully aware of where it was at all the time.Absolutely amazing job and would recommend Thorntons and Daniel in particular for absolutely anyone who needs a service they provide.
