Shaista dealt with our claim against a holiday company. Tried myself and got nowhere however when Thorntons became involved things started moving. Was kept well informed and even suggested that first offer was low and to renegotiate which resulted in a slightly better offer for settlement. Better paying the small fee and have the backing of Thorntons. Great service

I bought and sold through Thornton’s during recent lockdown and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Associate Lisa Mannion was superb throughout. Reassuring and contactable when required, organised and very thorough during each stage of the process.
