I suffered an injury while travelling on a Bus in Aberdeen on the 13th of January 2023 and I needed a legal representative to handle my personal injury claim on a ‘No win, no fee’ basis. I therefore decided to look at Trust Pilot Reviews to help me choose a suitable law firm to assist me. I got in touch with Thorntons, Whitehall House, 33 Yeaman Shore, Dundee DD1 4BJ and my first contact was Georgia Lowe (Paralegal) who was friendly and showed a lot of empathy with my trauma and injuries as a result of this accident. The other very kind person involved at the outset was Jamie McLeod (Trainee Paralegal). Georgia and Jamie's understanding of this mishap was phenomenal and after lengthy telephone discussions and subsequent correspondence, Thorntons confirmed they would like to take on my case.Georgia explained that this could be a lengthy process. I can confirm that my case was handled with the greatest care and attention by Georgia Lowe and all the magnificent staff at Thorntons. I’m very pleased with the outcome and the amount we settled for and from my experience, I would highly recommend Thorntons to anyone wishing to seek justice on an injury claim.
