My claim was open for just shy of 3 years and I was unsure what the outcome would be if any, I didnt get responses as such. Until Eve took over my claim case and was absolutely phenomenal! In a matter of months done more work than had been done before and has now managed to finalise my claim. She done it so quickly and professionally. I cant thank her enough. I really felt that Graham our solicitor was on our side, from start to finish, even when there was a bit of a hick-up with my banks solicitor in England not willing to work directly with Thorntons because they were based in Scotland, Graham went the extra mile in trying to sort out the issue. I would highly recommend Thorntons, and Graham in particular, for any property work.

I would give Louise Stephens 1000/5 if I could! From beginning to end her guidance and knowledge has been impeccable. The property in question had some bumps but her incredible work and communication meant that I never for a moment panicked! She made sure we had all the information I needed to make informed decisions without ever causing alarm. Could not recommend her enough! Her outstanding customer service of always taking the time to keep you updated and informed is only surpassed by her in depth legal knowledge for which I was very thankful.
