Have to say Thorntons' conveyancing on our house purchase was just brilliant. Not sure if one is allowed to mention names but the two Susans were friendly, pleasant, and spot on in terms of picking up things that were a concern. Shame our sellers solicitors were not as good, but I shall not name them.

Our solicitors were excellent, giving us good guidance along the way - particularly setting the right boundaries for a condition prior to signing missives - and making sure that all of the details were in place for us to be able to exchange on the property in absentia.

Being first time house buyers, my wife and I were absolutely clueless as to the whole process of a house sale. Our solicitor, Beth, held our hand throughout the process and made an already very stressful experience much more manageable. We were constantly notified of any changes during the sale as well, with numerous phone calls and emails.All of the effort put in place by our solicitor and Thorntons was truly exceptional and, as previously stated, made a very stressful experience much easier.
