Cowboys!

New Home Solutions used Your Move as part of Assisted Move for a new build. House is currently on the market correctly valued and then Your Move never even turned up to view our property but then low balled it 20-30k less. That’s dreadful service and would not use these cowboys! No effort to engage with the seller but expect us to take hit and they still get a pay out.

Your Move are a good company to deal with. As a tenant I had some issues and stresses. Moving out of one house into another was monumentally stressful but Susan Black was amazing, professional but also friendly and supportive while maintaining an objective stance as the go-between (tenant and landlord) in any scenario that occurred, Thank you for your diplomacy and efficiency

Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

Excellent service

From the valuation to the property being sold the staff were all extremely helpful. We had quite a few problems throughout and they did everything that they could to support both myself and our buyer. It was touch and go whether our sale went through in time but Kirsty was so helpful doing everything she could, even persuading our developer to let us have access to our property early. We would 100% recommend.

I had contacted them about renting a house. Two days before moving in, they rejected my application based on a misrepresentation of a material fact. They wanted to retain my holding deposit, but they returned it after I threatened to sue them. They are a waste of time and poor services too.

From the very begining Your Move have been fantastic, the office staff have been helpful and prompt when answering queries making the process easier for first time buyers!! Although the person we would like to thank the most is Ann who showed us the property on numerous occasions. Ann was kind, patient and even gave us some decorating ideas. Ann made the viewing process smooth and nothing was to much and if we had questions she didn't have the answer to she found out for us. Ann is an absolute credit to Your Move. They will scam you out of your deposit

They tried to scam me out of my deposit. I was told that the landlord was uncontactable and that I couldn’t have my deposit back until he approved it and that he had 90 days to respond. When I finally got the number of the deposit holding company (after weeks of calling and asking for it) they told me that if I had waited 90 days, they would have released the deposit to the landlord and I would have had to go to court to get it back. I was lied to by multiple employees of your move, they refused multiple times to give me any information about the holding company, they were rude and dismissive throughout almost every exchange, they often promised to call me back about the deposit but never did.
