After a terrible experience with a different agent it is such a brilliant experience now with both Shakira and Emma, who alongside the reat of the team, couldnt have made our transition from one managment agent to another easier. The level of professionalism, knowledge and how they have accommodated us really can't be faulted and I cannot recommend enough. There are so many agents out there to chose from and we cannot stress enough after a bad experience how the choice to switch to Streets Ahead and have the help and professionalism directly from everyone in the conpany, especially Shakira and Emma has made such a difference to us and would recommend to anyone... thankyou!

I would gladly recommend streets ahead for their wonderful service. Especially George and Zeenat (croydon). Moving during a pandemic was not an easy task and George took the time out to really listen to what I wanted from a property and was very patient with me through my indecisiveness. Gemma was the agent who helped us through viewing our first flat and I have to say she was very helpful and professional. She gave us all the information about referencing and how we would go about making an offer on the property. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and others in the area. She honestly was just really on it, organised and well prepared! She made it so easy to keep in contact and give us the info we needed. Myself and my family have recently secured a new rental property through Streets Ahead. With everything going on with the current pandemic the team at Streets Ahead were really exceptional. We dealt with a few members of staff but mainly it was Charlie that assisted us most. His service was excellent and he was efficient and always followed through on what he said he would do. He was also a great help when it came to dealing with our existing landlord who was being very difficult. I have to say I am very impressed with the service Rayaan has offered. I seldom leave reviews but credit where it is due. Rayaan was excellent and friendly, extremely positive and helpful in every way. Rayaan did everything that he said he would and me and my husband are really impressed with the dedication and speed of the service we received from him. It's fast and efficient and he was more than helpful in providing information, details and videos/virtual viewing of online adverts in this pandemic situation. Gemma Greasley has been our lettings person for not 1 but 2 properties and she is such a delight to work with! She has been very attentive to mine, my husband & families needs, during the COVID-19 it has been very stressful for us as we had to be abruptly moved out of our current rented home and we had to look for somewhere quick to move and Gemma made that happen! Natalie Sanders has been absolutely amazing in getting my property rented out. Natalie was quick, efficient and went out of her way to help - nothing was too much trouble. Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts. Zeenat Malik - my Lettings Progressor was amazing, she helped me to get together all of my necessary documentation and quickly arranged the EPC certificate to name one item. Zeenat was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond and get back to me with any questions - all of which she had the answer too immediately. Again, nothing was too much trouble for Zeenat. To say I recommend Natalie and Zeenat at Streets Ahead is an understatement - I wouldn't use another agent ever again. Thank you x

I would like to thank Calum for his amazing support and help through a recent problem with my rental property. I rented my property to some tenants who did not pay rent, were very disruptive and smoked in my property which was let as a non smoking property. The tenants then disappeared, leaving others in the property who had no rights to be there. Calum has been very informative throughout, keeping me up to date with all contact made with the previous tenants and reports of property inspections. Calum was extremely professional on the night of the eviction and was very clear with the tenants and gave me complete support. This has been an extremely stressful period, from receiving no rent, to finding my property in a poor state and knowing the work that has had to be done to get it back to an acceptable standard for the rental market. I am grateful for Calum's support and professional approach to the situation I found myself in.

We've used Street's Ahead twice to move house and both times they've been excellent. The stand out qualities in my view are the staff - in particular Jola and Mary Jane spring to mind... in an industry not known for its straight talk and honesty I found both these people a breath of fresh air, doing what they say they are going to do and when. When shopping around prior to choosing SA and mentioning my intentions to instruct them, their competition couldn't say a bad word about them which I think says a lot. The sales progressor model they use is very effective and keeps the chain moving forward. Mary Jane does this in a friendly way but you know she's on the ball chasing things before you have a chance to call her. Things going wrong when moving house is all part and parcel of it but for both moves I think how SA handled it when it happens reinforced that we made the right choice. We received honest advice and I felt they treated the potential buyers for our house ethically which was important to me as I'm not a fan of sneaky sales tactics. We are now happily in our new house no small part thanks to Jola and his team. wholeheartedly recommend

I viewed a property that I was completely happy with, I discussed with the George that I would like to put a holding deposit down on the property. I filled out the form as instructed and stepped outside to transfer the holding deposit like discussed, as he still had to conduct the viewing after me. He then proceeded to take a second holding deposit from the women that viewed it, and she ended up getting the property, despite me having put a holding deposit on the property first. I then had to contact them multiple times to get my holding deposit refunded back to me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Although we didn't rent with them in the end (because the area is a bit too far away from where we are going to work), Alex and Myles were super competent and provided a great service. Excellent buying service. They found me a nice house that matched my requirements quickly. They were also helpful arranging access for my surveyors and inspectors to ensure the house was in good order. I especially liked the text reminders with full addresses sent to me before viewings. They are are a nice friendly team. Saphire King-Harris was superb at liasing with the owner, tenant and myself to ensure that the correct paperwork and evidence was prepared and set up so that I could take over the tenancy safely. She liased with the solicitors as well to push things along. She was on the phone daily with me and understood due to my busy job that I could not always answer the phone but ensured that I could always speak to her when I called her. She is a great asset to Streets Ahead and deserve a special reward from them. If she is on your side she will do everything possible to make sure the sale legally completes quickly.

Streets Ahead Croydon Branch has provided me with a first class property purchase experience. I just bought my property through the agent in September 2015. From the beginning of searching for properties, to the exchange of contract, I received the most helpful and friendly services in a professional manner from various staff, especially Saphire King-Harris, who is a great help in pushing the exchange of contract to happen for me. When I was totally stressed out by the bank's delays and the solicitor's issues towards the end, she went extra miles to help me chase various parties constantly all day long to get all documents in place, patiently guided me through and kept motivating me to get things sorted. Even when she was off at one weekend, she was still in contact with me. Her expertise and customer services are absolutely first class! We were in the market only for a month and had viewed few properties with different agents. I was really disappointed with other Estate Agents I was registered with and widen our search and registered with Streets Ahead. From the initial stage of matching our expectation and understanding our needs and to the end stage of contract exchange, the whole process was managed extremely well. By far the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. The degree of unprofessionalism they display is horrific and I regret ever renting with them. My partner and I have been renting from the 1st of December and have had nothing but trouble from them. It's remarkable how, before I signed the lease, I was pestered with calls and repeated emails urging me to rent a property with Streets Ahead. As soon as we signed and handed over our deposit, we heard nothing more from them. We were constantly passed from person to person when we tried to enquire further with regards to our moving in. When we eventually received the keys to the property we discovered that the house was in an utterly disgusting state. It was evident that NOTHING had been cleaned. The toilet seat was completely broken, ELEVEN lightbulbs needed to be replaced. There were clumps of hair on the floor, congealed food glued to the fridge and unwanted junk (including a pair of dirty socks, thanks) that the previous tenants left. I've attached images for your viewing pleasure - please do admire the vacuum cleaner, which was purchased that day and was used to hoover just the bedroom. We immediately wrote a detailed letter outlining everything that was broken/required repair and requested that the house be cleaned to habitable standards as we were due to move in that weekend. We heard... nothing. The next day we tried to call the office three times. Each time we were told that our property manager - Kelly Alleyne - was on another call, but would return our call as soon as she was free. We heard... nothing. We then went to the office the following day (in the middle of trying to move) to speak to the manager, Kunal Patel. He certainly made all the appropriate noises, claimed Kelly was off sick the day before (?!?!?!?!?) but she would respond to us the next week. No apology was made for the state of the property, no remuneration offered. I did indeed receive a message from Kelly as promised (I have come to learn, this is a miracle) assuring me she would call later. SPOILER ALERT. She did not call. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. We have been emailing and calling for TWO MONTHS trying to sort out the most basic of amenities. It took six weeks to receive an inventory checklist which was promised to us the day we moved in. We eventually received compensation for the mess we found the property in, but all the repair work they promised would take place as not occurred. We currently have no lights in the bathroom or lounge and barely any light in the kitchen because we are waiting for repair work to be taken out by Streets Ahead. However, as Kelly as ignored the last six emails we have sent, I doubt this will happen. AVOID STREETS AHEAD AT ALL COSTS ** Helpful Hint ** If you are a current tenant renting through Streets Ahead, and have trouble with them, contact the landlord directly and make them aware of the situation. They're an appalling company who don't deserve any business.

After filling out the online form for a number of estate agents in the Croydon area, Jenny from Streets Ahead was one of the only agents to call me to discuss my needs. I always received daily updates of properties coming on the market and if I was interested in an early viewing. The service from Jenny was always the best. I think the other estate agents can learn alot from Jenny's customer service skills. Jenny has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend Streets Ahead to anyone.
