GoogleWhere to begin! If your looking to rent out or sell your property you will be fine but if you want to rent forget it I waited over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still wasn't done by the time I left the property leaving me with a 175 pound water bill because the toilet was constantly running and other repairs where not dealt with either no gas safety certificate at all in the 2 years I was there my agent is totally non responsive im trying to get my deposit back she asked me for my bank details twice I gave them to her twice ive sent 3 emails since to find out what's going on but still no communication at all so no i would not recommend for tenants!! If anyone bothers to get in touch with me can it be a proper manager thanksNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSelling a house can be a stressful experience & I have done it several times. I asked Streets Ahead to come and value the house and Jason gave me a figure which proved to be spot-on. Jo then handled the viewings and within four days my house was sold at a fantastic price. They thoroughly checked out the credentials of the buyers and kept me informed at every step. They helped me through some rocky patches in my sale and purchase ( none of which were down to them) with such kindness. I exchanged yesterday and couldn’t be happier to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleExcellent service. They sold our property for us. We had a buyer within 3 weeks of listing at asking price. The transaction was a bit slow because of the solicitors but Aiden, our account manager, kept things moving and kept us informed. Very happy in the end with their service

Though she wasn't able to find us that property, the time, effort, sending numerous properties including calls to see how we were getting on in our search, knowing that there were other estate agents that we have been in contact with, was very humbling. Gemma, expressed good human skills, cared for her clients and articulated very well, a gem indeed.

GoogleI am so grateful to Gemma for going the extra mile to find me a house, which is not only in the perfect location but also pretty well ticks all the boxes. She never failed to contact myself or my daughter if a house had come onto the market that she thought may be of interest to me and would go out of her way to book viewing times that were convenient for me as I did not live near. Finally she was also very quick in coming back with answers to any questions or concerns that I had. So all in all Absolutely First Class!!

GoogleAfter a lot of experiences with estate agents this year, it was a pleasure to have Sam look after the sale of our property. He and Gemma had great communication; you got responses back very quickly over email, phone, text, What’s App, whatever was easiest for you. They were on the ball, good with advice, and helped in whatever way they could. We also received support from Lee at the Coulsdon branch who was very good with encouragement and advice for the area we’ll soon be calling home. Thanks guys! Would definitely use again!

GoogleLisa Adams handled the letting of our flat in Purley . She was very professional and helpful and always let us know what was happening. We had been with another local agent for over a month who had failed to find a suitable tenant. Lisa very quickly organized lots of viewings and kept us informed of feedback and how it was going. Within 3 weeks she had signed up a perfect couple who moved in this week. I would highly recommend her.

GoogleWe approached numerous Estate Agents in order to sell our property and Nick @ Streets Ahead stood out head and shoulders above the others. During our first meeting, it was apparent that he was extremely well prepared and knowledgeable regarding the local property market. He kept us informed at all stages with regular updates, and took what I considered to be a very fair and responsible approach to the whole process. He was also very approachable - always available to take your call and very easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAfter a good start, a disappointing end. The lead agent failed to disclose full information in relation to the tenants' intentions, which resulted in our suffering a financial loss. The property manager's knowledge as to AST clauses was poor, and despite our provision of extensive guidance which caused us increased work, this was to no avail which resulted in our early termination of the services of Streets Ahead. Further, after payment of the Streets Ahead Tenancy Agreement and its execution by the parties, we were advised by Streets Ahead that the agreement for which we were charged above average price contained errors and, as it subsequently transpired, was the wrong contract for the tenants' intention. In addition, unauthorised deductions were taken from the rental monies and the issue of a statement of account was not forthcoming despite numerous requests. Further, Streets Ahead lost keys to the property which incurred additional losses in replacement locks and keys. Streets Ahead's strengths may lie in property sales, however, as letting agents and with letting commissions in the region of 9% plus, Streets Ahead demonstrated lack of value for money, lack of accountability and lack of AST knowledge. Sadly, from our experience, not an agent to be recommended for landlord assurance. Most disappointing.
