Recently moved into our new home found for us by a very helpful and efficient Estelle and Emma from the branch. They were fantastic, and helped us through every step of the way with our move. They made the whole process very easy going, and everything was sorted for us, we just had to sit back and wait to move in. These guys made a usually difficult phase with moving, very fluid and relaxing. Would highly recommend the two should you too be looking for somewhere in the area

We switched to streets ahead after using another estate agent and not getting a particularly good service. I was dubious that changing estate agents wouldn’t actually make a difference, after all doesn’t everyone just search for houses using Rightmove?! My God was I wrong! The team there really worked hard to sell our house, we had viewings lined up straight away and what was even nicer is they do all the viewings for you! The other estate agent we used always had an excuse so we were wasting our weekends and evenings showing people around our house. Sam Eden and Gemma were absolutely fab, they’re approachable and answer your calls even when the office is closed for the night. After a nightmare experience trying to sell or property they took over and put our minds at ease. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

I switched to Streetsahead after being with another agent for months and whose service miserably failed me. Sam carried out a valuation and reassured me that Streetsahead would sell my place, he said their other offices would market it too….mm I’d heard this before so was rather sceptical. Very quickly I received lots of calls, texts and emails from Sam, Gemma and their other offices, to book in viewings. I actually received an offer from someone who had gone to see another flat with a different branch but was then encouraged to take a look at mine. Shame it didn’t go through to fruition but straight away Sam and Gemma were booking in more viewings and true to Sams word he didn’t give up and I couldn’t believe it when he left me a voicemail to give him a ring as he had two offers to discuss. They’ve also help me with finding a conveyancer too. I really don’t believe you can beat Sam and Gemmas commitment, they really are amazing, always approachable, seem to work crazy long hours and are quick to respond- their service is outstanding. Thank you so much. I recommend them to anyone wishing to move.

Just had to leave a review, selling houses is not the most fun thing in the world to do and I hadn't done it in 17 years! I was extremely impressed with streets ahead Sam and Gemma were amazing they were professional and personable. I felt from the beginning that they were invested in me and my family and ensuring that we were able to move on. The office kept in constant communication through phone, email and text. I was updated at every stage and I genuinely felt fully informed. Staff were always on time to do viewings and often arrived early to check in with me if I was there. Feedback was always supplied in a timely fashion and was sensitive too, selling a house can be brutal everyone has opinions! Streets ahead gave me construction considered feedback that was always helpful and appropriate. I can't recommend them enough I didn't just feel like I was earning them commission I genuinely felt like they were invested in us as a family. I am truly grateful for Sam and Gemma's support during a very difficult time.

The person who called me because I put an enquiry for a house, failed to 1- explain the full house details. 2- nonprofessionalism through overriding and never given a chance to share my questions/opinions about the enquired house. 3- hung up straight onto face when I shared my unavailability to view room.I felt the lady over the phone was rude and unhelpful as she presented herself to be not interested in me showing other properties- this was without even asking me. This post is to highlight the workers at Street Agents who treat the callers poorly. This was my second experience and same poor experience.

We used Streets Ahead Estate Agents to sell our house (completed in Feb 2024). I would strongly recommend them. The team were fabulous. They were honest and positive about selling our house in what was frankly a terrible market. When we found our vendor, Aidan took over as sales-coordinator. He was utterly fantastic. he managed the process incredibly well. he gave us really helpful advice on what we could do to manage and support the process, so that it worked for us, our buyer and. Were we still in the area and interested in buying or selling, I would use them without hesitation.

Experienced great service as a Landlord from Lisa Adams (finding tenants) and Stephanie Simpson (managing the property). When one of our properties in Kenley became vacant, Nick and team sold the property exceptionally well; securing multiple offers well above the asking price within two days of placing it on the market. For me, they stand-out across two areas: 1. Lots of estate agents will tell you they have purchasers and tenants who are lining up for exactly your property - in my experience across several lets and one sale, Streets Ahead can back this up. They move fast and secure great results. 2. Once the price was agreed, they stayed involved. Nick remained particularly informed throughout, which meant he could be appropriately direct if something was moving slower than it needed to and risked becoming an obstacle to the sale.

Worst service ever. I have rented a property from streets ahead in March 2021 and after that I have reported so many problems in the house. They didn’t reply on any problems in the house. I have sent 7-8 emails for an emergency situation but they didn’t respond.I have never recommend anyone to use streets ahead Purley letting agency.
