Keisha had great local knowledge and Ashley's calming yet enthusiastic approach helped quell immediate concerns during the viewing process - exactly what you want when upping sticks to a completely new area. Once our offer was accepted, Saphire did a brilliant job moving things along; keeping us up to the minute with developments on the vendors side. Easily an overall five-star service if not for some awkward welcomes and forced smiles at reception.

GoogleHaving first made contact with Street Aheads back in early March, I am delighted by the responsive and professional manner both Karen and Saphire have exhibited in dealing with my recent investment purchase. It has certainly been a more problematic process than usual, with the deal in danger of falling through on numerous occasions over the past few months. However the teams resolve, efficient troubleshooting and ability to maintain open and consistent communication between myself and the seller ensured negotiations never broke down beyond repair. We expect to complete in the next 24 hours so a job well done all round, and look forward to being in touch again soon to target the next one!

GoogleStreets Ahead did a fantastic job with my sale. Harley and Karen did an excellent job organizing for me to view properties and selling my flat. Saphire did an amazing job managing the purchase process for my new property and the sale process of my flat, and working through a number of major problems, all of which were down to bad luck. I had a really unreasonable seller who dropped out of the first purchase, the second property I wanted failed the survey and the third (which I purchased) was in a really complicated chain. It took 13 months to move and was a complete nightmare, but Saphire worked really hard to make sure it went through.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in the Croydon area. During this process we dealt with many estate agents in the area and Streets Ahead were certainly the most professional. Jennifer took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and called us immediately when something came available, a different attitude to the 'just keep checking our website' that we got from many other agents or no calls at all. Now that we've found something I'm going to miss speaking to the girls in the office and when we come to sell we will definitely use Street Ahead!

GoogleMy experience on the last two cases acting for my developer client on recent sales which went through Streets Ahead was excellent and a lot of credit is due to Saphire who was responsible for the sales progress. She basically made these transactions happen and had it not been for her my client would have lost out on the sales. If I am a vendor I will not wish for a better team than the one we had on these matters. Well done Streets Ahead, you are clearly ahead !!

Without a doubt, the friendliness and dedication you paid to me in finding me a home was second to none. There are many agents who are solely trying to cross sell their mortgage services, do not provide a personalised service or simply do not call back even when they communicate that they will 'get back to you' constantly. General feedback Although I ultimately have not purchased my home through Streets Ahead, I would highly recommend them for aiding in the quest to find one; the agents both on the phone and at the viewings are knowledgeable, friendly and always remember your face. GoogleThe Streets Ahead Sales Team were very good in the fact that we were able to accept an offer within days of the property going on the market. Everybody worked extremely hard and we thank them very much. We feel that Saphire King Harris deserves special mention as she dealt with a very awkward situation regarding the chain in a very professional manner even when she was off sick. All in all it was a very lengthy process but the team got us there in the end. Many thanks.
