We were being looked after by Eve who unlike other estate agents actually listened to what we wanted and our priorities, which meant Streets Ahead didn't fill up our inbox's with useless properties that were well outside our price range (unlike most of the other estate agents that we had contacted). She was also nice, polite and unobtrusive while we were visiting properties, another quality which was greatly appreciated.
