TrustpilotCompletely untrustworthy
Completely untrustworthy, one of their sales estate agents lied to us and the seller of a property, not communicating the conditions we had attached to our offer. This was discovered by our solicitor speaking to the Sellers' solicitor, after we had both wasted thousands of pounds because of Streets Ahead lying to us.

GoogleLaura C has been very helpful in managing the property and always makes sure she got the right outcome for both the tenants and me as the landlord. She is quick to respond to emails and I always felt I could message her so the relationship was good from the start. I would definitely recommend her to manage properties.

Hannah McAlpine from South norwood :- really professional and caring at the same time. I have not had a time when she has not followed up on an enquiry, called me back etc. She also knows about the properties she is selling, having done her research.

Im giving 4 starts instead of 5 because previously I have reported issues with the property I currently rent and they never updated me or got anything done unless I chased up. But Crystal and now Jasmine have been great supporting my needs and advising me always hope the great work carries on and all issues get fixed

I have been with Streets Ahead for over 5 years now. I previously wanted to l leave due to unsatisfied service. However, I was allocated a new property manager, Laura Costa, and thankfully she has changed my mind. Laura has provided excellent service ever since and I'm hoping to carry on working with Laura for many more years to come.

This is the worst agent I have ever seen. I wanted to rent my flat the Agent Manager viewed the flat, sent me the agreement and then got disappeared. Agent Manager neither replied my call nor my email for month. After a month when I emailed to terminate the agreement then Agent Manager replied that she has a potential tenant who wants to rent the flat. Such a big liar.

TrustpilotUnprofessional Staff Addiscombe Branch.
We've had the misfortune of living next to a house rented out by the Addiscombe branch. When we reported problems with the anti social tenants, we got vague and unhelpful replies. The company seemed unable and unwilling to help, and the employee we were dealing with never replied. It got to the point where the neighbours on both sides of the house escalated the complaints to managers, but they were as unhelpful as the people they managed! The situation was only resolved when the tenants moved out, and us poor unfortunate neighbours had endured 6 months of misery, and sleepless nights. The agents they sent out to show the house to new renters were unprofessional, and we could hear from their conversations that they knew nothing of the area, and were giving out incorrect advice on rents and deposits. Their website says that their motto is "Nothing is too much trouble." Our experience is the opposite. We would never recommend that anyone uses this branch to rent out their property with.
