What a lovely professional company. Very polite, friendly staff.I've not sold with these guys yet but have have used them previously. They are very honest and I always receive honest genuine feedback from Danny, Michaela and Danielle who are all wonderful. They always call back and keep me updated. GoogleWorst experience just because we didn't like the property after viewing & he started speaking rubbish & was agresssive over phone & when my husband told that we will record your call the guy immediately disconnected the call...worst customer representatives i have ever come across. I could have given minus rating if possible.

I have been trying to contact Streets Ahead for almost 2 weeks regarding an urgent matter. I’ve called and sent emails. They are excellent when taking money from their customers, but when the matter is the other way round, they disappear. I feel disrespected and saddened by this appalling treatment.

GoogleWe were quite surprised at the come back that Streets Ahead accomplished when at first it seemed that its quite impossible to find the perfect property in short period of time, considering the challenges with covid. GoogleI was out of country and saw flats advertising on streets ahead website , right away I emailed to express my interest in renting a home for my husband and two children . It took them less than a minute to contact me via phone call to get me started. It was George Barnes who contacted me and had been there organizing and putting the necessary things in place to facilitate a smooth transitioning. Then Emma McKenzie patiently explained in simple terms whatever question I had about the contract. I must say these persons are wonderful and great to do business with.

GoogleA blight on the community! Local groups volunteer and work hard to look after our streetscapes and parks but Streets Ahead repeatedly erects an overabundance of advertising signs every few weeks. Signs are put up in clusters of 5 or 6 around our green spaces, stuck in hedges and dumped in parks. They refuse to collect them and community groups have to rely on council resources to have them disposed of. This estate agent is no friend of the community and a blight on Croydon and Addiscombe

All round great experience I’ve been with streets ahead for years, from moving into my first place to my third place with them it’s been an all round great experience.Star of the show is Laura in property management, every small issue that’s popped up she’s handled it with care and efficiency.Sad to be moving into a new property without Laura managing.Would definitely recommend.
