GoogleWe contacted Townends regarding some properties on sale listed on one of the many platforms available, Jovan from the Croydon branch picked up our enquiry and he immediately asked me lots of questions about our search criteria to match with any of the properties in their portfolio. Shortly after he followed up with an email and arranged a viewing for us. Jovan proved to be extremely helpful and flexible, working around our schedule, he agreed to meet us after his working hours and once at the property he dedicated plenty of time talking to us not just about the property we were viewing but also the area and other surrounding areas. He was so helpful, punctual & charming that it made my property search a lot more relaxing as this can be a stressful time. I have been very happy with Emily from the start and especially overseeing the problems which have arisen from a accidental fire in the flat next door.
