What can I say, apart from that I want to sing thanks from the roof tops! We are just totally impressed and would like to share our utmost heart felt thanks to Oaks! They have been with us on one heck of a journey the past few month's and we are truly grateful for their help, patience, guidance and professionalism. We had many tribulations trying to buy a property, however, they did what they could to help secure this for us. Massive appreciation to Ciaran especially. Right from the initial valuation Oaks were a pleasure to deal with. They were open, honest and transparent throughout the process of selling our home. Our first buyer fell through and we worried we wouldn't have time to find another buyer before our mortgage offer expired. However, Oaks pulled out all the stops to not only reassure us it was possible, but put action into words and make it happen. My wife and I recently purchased our 1st property (a 3 bed house) through Oaks. We had previously had 2 sellers pull out, when things were close to exchange, so had been burned by this process before. This time it was fine. Ciaran was the estate agent we worked with. Ciaran was always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was approachable too, talking to him, was just like chatting to one of the boys. H had the right blend of being formal and professional, while also being informal enough, that I could chat to him on the level and crack jokes. His advice and recommendations regarding solicitors was good too. 5 stars.

We have always sold our own properties, with the belief that no-one knows our home as well as we do but after our chain collapsed at a very late stage, we lost the enthusiasm to go through it all again. I can't recommend Oaks highly enough from the point of view of someone selling a property. Compared to previous experiences with both traditional and "online" agencies Oaks made it all so pain-free. James and the team gave good advice throughout and worked really hard to market my house, chase up solicitors, and then to keep the sale on track when we hit some obstacles. I found the team very professional and appreciated being able to communicate quickly and easily via a dedicated WhatsApp group.

Brad was really great and attentative working with us to rent out our flat. In stressful times Brad dropped everything to visit the flat to better understand work that needed doing prior to rental and sorted this out to reduce our stress. He really has been amazing. I recently used Oaks to rent out my property. Their lettings team (Bradley, Joey & Alexandra) provided a very professional & efficient service for a competitive fee. From my initial instruction, professional photos were taken and the house was effectively marketed on all the major property web portals. Within 2 weeks Oaks found me a very high quality tenant. George was fantastic with contacting me and having staff trained and for the awful treatment I was subjected to. Stefanie did contact me after my discussion with George for her inappropriate conduct and lack of professionalism. Nonetheless, the experience has made me wary of returning to Oaks as if I did not put a 1 star review on Google, George would not have been made aware of the poor customer service being delivered. When looking to spend over £3000 per month on a property, a good level of customer service and attention to detail is expected. Despite my offer being accepted, the significant change in property particulars resulted in me deciding not to proceed with this property. I have since found somewhere else with another agent.
