I have had a very pleasant experience with this company. The manager Rezah was very delightful and made the entire process of moving so effortless. Usually when I am moving home there are stresses that come along with the experience, but dealing with Rezah I was assisted throughout the entire journey and all of my enquires were dealt with haste. Also Elijah, who showed me around the property had such a great disposition. Usually estate agents have a terrible reputation of pulling the wool over peoples eyes, but he was completely genuine and honest throughout the entire viewing. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

I want to mention Rezah specifically, because he has been my saviour! I'm in the process of renting my flat and so many things went wrong all at once, it was like a bad dream! Good morning I live in South Croydon in a 1bed flat .I woke up to no gas or electricity after trying to resolve the issue my self and calling the repair service for Leaders, I had to call into the Leaders office in Croydon High st.I spoke to Daniel who was so helpful he actually cancelled an appointment to help me personally by driving me home and looking at the issue granted he is not an engineer. AVOID THIS COMPANY! This company have really let me down. I put my faith into this company and rented a property from them over a video the sent me of the house. They completely mislead me to a house which was promised to clean but in fact is probably one of the dirtiest houses I have ever seen. There is issues from random stuff being left in the house to rats and mice being in the house. After complaining to them on the day I moved they haven’t even bothered to help me. I have moved here from 3 hours away with my wife and kids and all of our stuff and are now living in a hotel because the house is so dirty and this company don’t even care that they have made us homeless. Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever experienced. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

Samara was extremely helpful from start to finish. The process of getting into the home was fast, efficient and easy. The good responsiveness helps a lot during the stressful time of looking for a property, making sure it is the right one and making the payments.
