Gerri and Rafal were recommended to us by a neighbour as we were looking to let our property whilst moving out of the area. Gerri and Rafal both took lots of time to meet with us and to explain the intricacies of becoming landlords and they left us feeling completely reassured by taking away the more difficult aspects such as finding suitable tenants, arranging the paper work and handling the financial side of letting our property. From the beginning their service has been bespoke and personable yet a remains competitive to the current market and this has been key for us. I came to London for the first time in May-2022. Being new to the country I was still figuring things out and the most important one was finding a home. It was very challenging because of the speed with which the properties move in London. Every agent I called just let me down saying we don't have the property. When I contacted Rafal for a property, at that time I was already in a spot where I must find something in one week! He took the challenge and moved things faster for me. Not only did he fast track all the paperwork, but he also helped me in other matters like providing guidance on Bank account opening and helped me by accepting the token payment using my Indian bank account since I did not had a UK account at that time. He even helped me to provide a broadband connection till the time I got mine! The list is endless :) Rafal is always a call away and very responsive on whatsapp for all the queries. I highly recommend Hirsch Estates to anyone who is searching for a property in London. Keep up the great work!

The Check-in process for tenants is good but the exit / check-out process is painful. The team works purely for the owners and fleece the tenants of every possible recovery fair or not. Would recommend every tenant using their services to document all mail exchanges, take pictures of every possible defect before you move in, do your own exit cleaning , read and challenge all grey areas in the contracts. We personally had a very bad experience with the exit process and was really not fair - so many charges get added and there will definitely be a deduction in the deposit amount. Also request the tenants to clearly understand and define the meaning of fair wear and tear before using HIRSCH estates as they exploit this clause.

As a Landlord I’ve had a fabulous experience engaging Hirsch Estates on a fully managed service and I honestly believe they set the bar and highly recommend them! From initial contact, communications were fast, efficient, and transparent. Within a week of advertising viewings took place following their diligent screening of applicants and the property was let, contracts signed days later. Communication, attention to detail and their proactive attitude for me is what sets them apart from other agents I’ve worked with along with their rapid response to close actions and any queries. Prior to check-in, their attention to detail highlighted minor improvements/repairs required which they swiftly managed to ensure the tenancy got off to a good start and it seems they invest the time and effort up front to minimise issues going forward. I rented a property with Hirsch a few weeks ago and I have to say it has been a pleasure dealing with them. You can read some horror stories online about other rental agencies across London, so one is always hesitant about dealing with a new company. Having said that, they have some great and pleasant people working there and everything went out perfectly. The whole process was really smooth, they have always being responsive to my emails and they never charged me any strange fee like other places try to do. The contract lease was fairly standard and there were no issues whatsoever. I can honestly say you are in good hands if you want to rent with them! I will definitely reach out to them in a future if I need another place. A big thanks to Rafal, Gerry and Ewelina for all their help throughout this whole ordeal :)
