This review is long overdue, but it is imperative that I make it. Gerry and Rafal were and are such a pleasure to work with! I can't stress enough how easy they made the whole process for us, from the first viewing to the moving day (and beyond!). From the first moment they were kind, cordial and helpful. They helped us navigate the rental process and made it smooth sailing from the beginning. Even after we've settled into our new home, they keep the channels of communication open and if we ever have a problem they're always ready to help. They completely took the stress out of moving to a new area for us. An actually enjoyable estate agency experience, with people who lead with humanity!

We had the best experience with Hirsch estates. Gerry and raf went so far above and beyond what we expected estate agents would ever do. They actually helped us to get out of an awful landlord/ housing situation giving us support in writing emails and putting us in contact with property lawyers to advise further. Not only this, but they helped us find the most beautiful home with lovely landlords and supported us smoothly through the whole process!
