Absolutely poor service. No one picks up the phone, I don’t get replies back on email, tenants rent is a late and I am the one doing the chasing. When Tenant tries to call in and pay no one picks up. Agent taking money that is not theirs. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. The person that is dealing with my Property is never available. I’ve been told that they are away from the office and no one knows when they’re coming back. Disgraceful. I’ve put up with this for a year and I’m done now.

I had a wonderful experience with Haart lettings croydon and this is my second one. We were in search of a property for a couple of months but was unable to find the right one. Special thanks to Ellie and Nahid who were super helpful. They helped me right from the start of the formalities until the end,really patient and kind. Only thing was that I wallet aware that we were supposed to take a Tenant insurance inorder to get the keys. So we had to do this in a rush within half a day so we could move in. This isn't a negative thing and would blame anyone as it was a really fast process and was a weekend and we had to move in on a monday. But overall excellent experience and i had amazing agents. Thank you very much!

This is by far the worst estate agents I have come across. Please avoid at all costs. Not only did they give me the wrong address and leave me outside for ages for a viewing. They sent someone who lacks knowledge about the property and basic information regarding council tax. Every question she couldn’t answer. When I moved in there was no carbon monoxide alarm so I had to stay elsewhere as this is another thing they missed off their checks. I moved in October and it’s now the end of February and only now has someone fixed my toilet. Yet I’ve raised issues with my heating in December and still nothing has been done. Laszlo and his team have to be the worst property management workers I have come across. I send emails and call up and no one gets back to me. I wish I found a better estate agents !

I can tell you I spoke to hundreds of estate agents over a few weeks and none came close to haart letting agents Croydon. This review really is specifically for NAHID! I've never come across someone so patient, helpful and going above and beyond to help us. His knowledge of how to work with all housing scenarios is impressive and he tries to find the best tenant / landlord match and will actually WORK WITH YOU! not throw excuses or hold any judgements or biases.
