The team at Haart in my experience are truly amazing, Ellie and Nahid in branch who helped me throughout and Tiffany in the office have been fantastic throughout my time with them. Even after I had moved on due to bad experiences with the landlord I get a phone call out of the blue from Tiffany to say she’s still fighting for me with regards to my deposit refund which I had truly forgotten about. These guys are great and I can never thank them enough

There were a few mistakes initially made regarding my contact details, even though my Flink account had been updated by me. Once I had rectified the situation by speaking with my account manager Andrew, he had organised a repair for me from the information on Flink. However, I was a bit disconcerted when he phoned me to ask whether the job had been done as the repairer never actually contacted me - I did check on the repairers website where they had recorded that the visit had occurred and the repair had been made. I do like my account manager but feel slightly harassed in that he texts, calls and emails for feedback. I am self-employed and often in meetings and not at my computer to give written feedback. Marked down for that harassment, therefore 3 stars!

Bought a house very recently through this company and I’ve been very impressed with their service. I dealt with Lucy Cleever for a majority of the process and she was fantastic, as it was our first time buying I was constantly on the phone to her and she was always available and willing to help, keeping me updated every step of the way, which is something you need throughout such a big process. It was a pleasure to buy through them and I would definitely recommend them for buying or selling.

When selling your property it is important that you go with an estate agent that demonstrates a strong work ethic. With Haart Estate agent you will get a service that is second to none. Their team are professional, and go that extra mile to get results. Their huge database of buyers was reflected through the amount of people they had viewing my property and sale offers. I have used Haart Estate agent (South Croydon branch - Swan and Sugar Loaf) twice and both experiences have been very positive. This is my third time in moving and have had mixed experiences with different agents. However, I can honestly say Haart have met my expectations and beyond. I especially thank Andrew Bryant the branch manager of South Croydon for his time and efforts.

Thank you for your honest and thorough advice when valuing our property for lettings. Very unprofessional. I was assured my prospective buyer had gone through all the checks. When I found a home for myself (after having seen 98 properties in 3 weeks) and put down an offer I was informed the prospective buyer had lost their job and does not have the full deposit. My agent from Haart disappeared and never called back again. Changing to another agent.

We liked Jason right from the start, we found him very respectful and helpful and because of this we chose haart. What should have been a straight forward sale became an over complicated, elongated and extremely stressful affair for myself and the buyer due to the conveyancers that are recommended by the estate agents, DC law and JS law. Jason and his team stayed professional and supportive during this period.

I'm sorry to say that I have to update my original post with regards to Haart Estate and Lettings Agents. This organisation is not what they portray themselves to be. When you want to rent one of their properties, they are wonderful. However, when you want to leave that said property, you will be presented with a most UNHELPFUL, PROCRASTINATING, and MONEY HUNGRY organisation. I was presented with AVOIDANCE TACTICS, DELAY TACTICS, and BILLS, FINES, and EXTRA PAYMENTS that did not exist. Luckily, I'm a man who has a habit of never throwing anything out. I had retained all documents and evidence, and once I had provided copies to Haart, I heard only silence. So, my advice to anyone looking for an estate agent is to choose any others. If you are unable to choose any others, then make sure you keep all the documents and GOOD LUCK.

Horrible. We paid monthly for the estate agents to fully manage the property- we ended up having to deal with all the tenants issues ourselves. Our tenants were nightmares, at the end caused intentional damage to the property and also Refused to pay rent for several months. We had a so called rent guarantee that we paid for- the estate agent decided to, without letting us know, cancel it after a few months as soon as we were eligible to claim. So we lost all that money and didn’t know why until we investigated it. They were rasict on the phone when we asked for money from the deposit to be used to fix the intentional damage the tenants left (writing and scratches on the walls, toilet stain black so much the cleaner couldn’t clean, a hole in the wall, door knobs all broken etc etc)- saying ‘in this country you deal with a third party for deports and you do it yourself’. We’ve lived here our whole lives… and of course there third party deposit platform came back and said it’s the estate agent who has to make the claim on our behalf. So we lost the whole deposit with no money from the tenant to fix the damage. Haart are criminals.

We had an overall terrible experience. The team seemed unaware of the flat they were renting out, and when we received the property, it was in awful condition, covered in pet hair, with a broken bathtub panel and mold throughout. We ended up surrendering the property after paying over £400 just to be done with it. Even the letting team admitted they were struggling to find a new tenant for it. Additionally, recovering our deposit was a lengthy and difficult process, involving a challenging dispute. Overall, it was the worst experience we've had.
