She was punctual, personable and assisted me with deciding which property to let, which is more than I can say about some of the competitors. GoogleThe agents were very helpful and addressed queries promptly and tried to solve issues in a friendly and professional manner. The only constructive criticism would be, that there should always be one person at the various estate agent offices (especially Croydon) at all times during the opening hours. It was proving quite frustrating at times, not being able to talk to the relevant agent straight away, but instead, the call being diverted to head office instead!!

GoogleI did not get the flat. The landlord accepted somebody else's offer before I can see the property. But it is not the topic here. I was very satisfied with the communication of the agent I talked, Kapri. She was very helpful and responsive. She followed up the process very well and informed me when necessary. Thanks Kapri :)

We struggled with two previous agents before moving to Haart and would recommend you consider these guys. They were the only agents who took the time to bring their sales team around the property to before the listing went live and, as a result, were able to produce the result i wanted.
