Ellie is outstanding!!! Even though I did not go through with the property the whole experience was by far the best I have experienced. I would like to share my positive feedback so far with Aliya Charnley since she took over the management of my property. Aliya Charnley has been very helpful throughout and thorough in managing my flat with an in-suit tenant. She always willing to help and support in resolving issues raised by the tenant. Where possible she would also send a helpful reminder on any outstanding issue. She is also willing to go further to help out and coordinate between the tenant and landlord when issues arise. I came accross Yara from Haart by coincidense while searching for a new property. She has proven to be a gem of a Sales Manager. I can only applaud her professionalism and friendly approach, really showing the prospected customer how much she cares. Yara is agile, with a hands approach, making sure that all the bases are covered. I can honestly say that Haart are lucky to have her. We have just exchanged and this was guided by Yara and Jason. We found Yara and the team very responsive from start to finish. Excellent communication all the way through with has been the main barrier to our previous sales and purchases. Thankfully we had a reasonably straight forward purchase but when negotiation following the survey happened it was easy and professional. We have not found this the case with other estate agents so it a big plus point to Haart. Ultimately I cannot fault the team. Yara herself always has always taken the time to answer any questions.
