Although the process of documentation was long and demanding, my experience with this estate agent was made much easier thanks to Jasmine, a staff member who went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, providing continuous support and guidance throughout. Jasmine was always willing to listen and encouraged me to stay patient, even when I was feeling exhausted. I was particularly impressed when my current landlord called her at 10:30 pm with questions about filling out an online form, despite being tired, she took the time to answer and stayed on the phone until everything was sorted. I couldn’t recommend Haart Lettings enough, but particularly Ellie. Both myself and my partner are first time renters, on top of this I’m still a student. I have been incredibly anxious during this time but from the very start Ellie has been unbelievably lovely. She’s gone above and beyond with helping me, answered every question and given amazing advice. Very disappointing service from haart Croydon. I moved into the property today and basic things were not checked, including the lights, hot water, and the garden. When I informed the manager, instead of an apology I was told that I am not the first person to move into a house like this and that they do not check every property. I was also told I need to “adjust.” This is unprofessional and unacceptable for a letting agent. I would not recommend haart Croydon.
