GoogleCalled few times to arrange a viewing for a flat that I found on their website and really liked! I was told every time that someone will call me back. No one ever bothered to call me back. Not really reliable. Would be scared to rent a flat from such agency.

GoogleHad the property I was trying to sell on for weeks with these estate agents. The team that were dealing with it didnt deal with it at all. As far as I am aware they now have a fresh new team there who are apparently working much harder than the team before

GoogleAll the staff I dealt with at Haart were super friendly, shared a lot of insight and great at communicating! I dealt with a previous estate agents prior to Haart and they were definitely not on the same high level as Haart. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleMy partner and I recently sold a studio flat in South Croydon through Haart. We could not have been happier with the service we received and were genuinely so pleasantly surprised. I had lost a bit of faith given we were previously listed with another nearby agent for 6+ months and had hardly any viewings. I thought about moving agents but thought it wouldn’t make much difference as they’re all on Rightmove anyway - and how wrong I was! Haart instantly brought round good quality viewings one after the other, and found us our buyer within less than a month. I genuinely can’t thank them enough. Luke took the lead on our sale and was fantastic throughout, he kept us updated and put up with my daily phone calls and questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. He always came back to me when he promised and was just a great support throughout. The whole team were so helpful & patient from start to finish. Honestly I never thought I’d leave a good estate agent review but if I could give 6 stars I would! Brilliant brilliant brilliant!
