GoogleIn the beginning of the tenancy there wasn’t any transparency and it was frustrating. We was told one thing and we noticed the next in the apartment. Over time I have been able to communicate and get my problems actioned. So far so good.

GoogleVery difficult to get a hold of. Was interested in a property, finally managed to get in touch with the branch who told me they would call me back to confirm viewing dates. A week later, no news and the property has been let. Not dealing with them again.

GoogleNot sure how appropriate is to rate a big organisation on one individual. But hey everyone needs to reflect their own organisational goals when you work for someone. I have been deeply disheartened by the way I have been dealt with. It's day 90 since I penned an agreement and things still haven't been sorted out as they were promised. The agent, Ms. Ciara Williams, was so keen on making a sale she over promised us without thinking it through and as a result I have had to call the agents for the 7 out of 9 days. They don't answer your calls, reply to your texts/emails since we signed the agreement. I just hope things get better soon otherwise this could be easily the worst decision I have ever made. Not happy at all.
