FacebookSo, they seem to be in the habit of making arrangements for people to drive all the way out to wherever for a viewing when they know full well they don’t have the means to access the property. Do they call up their customer and explain the situation so they’re not wasting their time..? No instead they ignore your calls and don’t respond to emails! Don’t use them, they are unorganised and discourteous!

GoogleWe are only at the beginning stages having just put in an offer and now moving onto all the legal work to come. We have been dealing with Luke through haart and he has been great. Be it by phone or email he is quick to respond. Has accommodated visits to the property and been helpful with information at each stage. Polite and easy to work with. Thank you luke.

GoogleBeen to so many agencies in the area, met more than 10 agents in total but I would only recommend Haart from my heat. Excellent costumer service, expecially Lucy and Azusa. Highly recommend for house hunter like myself!

GoogleI went to the local haart estate agents just after midday on Saturday to arrange for a valuation to be done on my parents property but they were closed. Spoke with a friendly and helpful lady on the phone who asked a few questions and arranged a visit to the property on the day and time I had requested.
