My partner and I recently sold a studio flat in South Croydon through Haart. We could not have been happier with the service we received and were genuinely so pleasantly surprised. I had lost a bit of faith given we were previously listed with another nearby agent for 6+ months and had hardly any viewings. I thought about moving agents but thought it wouldn’t make much difference as they’re all on Rightmove anyway - and how wrong I was! Haart instantly brought round good quality viewings one after the other, and found us our buyer within less than a month. I genuinely can’t thank them enough. Luke took the lead on our sale and was fantastic throughout, he kept us updated and put up with my daily phone calls and questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. He always came back to me when he promised and was just a great support throughout. The whole team were so helpful & patient from start to finish. Honestly I never thought I’d leave a good estate agent review but if I could give 6 stars I would! Brilliant brilliant brilliant!

The whole team at Haart were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Reece always responded to my emails immediately, and was helpful in relaying information and answering all sorts of queries. They were flexible in showing people round at times that suited my tenants (as I was currently letting the property). When time was tight and we needed quick communication between myself and the buyer, Michael ended up using a lot of his holiday to make sure the right calls were made and people were updated quickly and effectively. Worth every penny, thanks Haart.

Have used Haart Lettings for 15 years, and the property was never empty. They always found me good tenants who treated the house well. Haart managed the rent payments for me, which arrived on time and with thorough paperwork each tax year. Time has come to sell the property and their sales side has been equally as efficient (whether Andy or another member of the team when he wasn't available), finding me a credible buyer within 2-3 weeks of marketing. They gave me thorough advice beforehand and daily feedback on viewings. They listened to my views and acted accordingly. I have dealt with agents in the past who attempt to railroad you to get a sale, but not Haart, who acted in my interests throughout. It's early days but the sale is progressing. I really can't fault Haart's service, a thoroughly professional (and friendly) team to deal with.

From the first moment of dealing with Haart, I have had very pleasant communication with Melvin. Whereas many real estate agents in this market show you around house viewings with a certain “It’ll sell anyway” attitude, Melvin didn’t. During the viewing, he was polite, energetic, funny and most importantly, he had obviously done his homework on the property, being able to answer most of my questions straight away. Thanks a lot!
