Received a letter regarding a couple looking for house by a strange looking man named Danny Grey, I've never spoken to Danny Grey or gave him my details. Be very wary.

I recently had an evaluation meeting with Ryan Neale. He was very friendly and professional. The valuation he provided was backed up with good evidence and up to date knowledge of the market. He was also able to give a sound perspective on the relevant strategic development of the area and a view on what would influence property prices in the area as well as advice on what steps I need to take to maximise the value if my property. Really good experience. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Good experience and customer service so far from Ellie. Although my rental process is yet to be finalised (awaiting paperwork completion), the communication has been effective and any questions have been answered promptly. I hope to have a more in depth review once the process is complete!

As a first time renter I was nervous to start this process. Jasmine took the time to go through everything with me, went out of her way to find the 'perfect property', and was at the end of the phone whenever I had a question. Jasmine- thank you so much for all your support.

I came across haart agency in Croydon while searching for a flat to rent in a very limited time.Having found them was a real blessing. Ciara, the negotiator was just wonderful. Professional, kind and knowledgeable about her area of expertise. She immediately understood what I needed and was able to find me the best option and the flat I was looking for. The process was well explained, and got supported in every step. Now, I know who to be refered to. Thank you Ciara Thank you Haart, croydon

I cannot fault the level of service I received from Josh and Nahid in the Lettings team! I've met a lot of unhelpful agents in the past, but Josh and Nahid have been a breath of fresh air, and I knew from speaking with them that I was in good hands. They are so friendly, very professional, and thanks to them I have been able to find my ideal home. I would happily recommend them to anyone I know looking for a property, an asset to Haart. Above and beyond service!

I met with Ryan today for a market valuation for my 2 Bed Flat, and I found his professionalism, respectful manner and market knowledge to be of a significantly higher standard than many other agents I have met in the area. He was open and transparent as well as insightful. I felt he gave good guidance whilst paying close attention to my personal views and expectations. I really appreciated his approach, to the point that i chose to leave a review just purely based on the valuation he did for me today - ahead of even selling my flat!
