THE worst experience with an estate agent I have EVER experienced. I have called several times with staff being extremely dismissive, constantly saying someone will call me back with no reply on a property I wanted to view. They had no details on the property when I needed it and told my sister they did not have me in the system when I had given all my details over. Worrying for data protection if you ask me! On top of that, I then sent an email to the effect to see if I could finally get a reply a few days ago and STILL NO REPLY! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. If you're looking for a un-responsive, un-professional agency to let your property through, you have found the correct place. Me and my partner had been interested in viewing at property in Croydon which on Thursday we have made an initial call to register our interest, to which no one in the 'team' was available and had been promised a call back, which never happened. The following day we tried agin multiple times at different times in the day, which again the lettings team were all on 'calls' or 'appointments'. We had asked to speak with the lettings manger Brad, which we had been assured would give a call back the same day... of course, this never happened. Day three we tried again on Saturday to book a viewing, again with a number of calls in the day to their offices to which again we had been promised a call back by Brad the lettings manger to book a viewing. Unfortunately Brad cannot even 'manage' to dial phone let alone manage a lettings department as it came to the end of the day on Saturday and after been spoken to in a dismissive tone by various colleges from other branches again we had not been able to reach the lettings team. We again tried to contact the offices on Monday to which we had finally got through to Brad, to book a viewing in for today. We then receive a call this morning to inform us the proeprty we had tried 5 days to book in to view had now been taken as a deposit had been placed. To me, it seems very convenient for our calls to be ignored and then be told the proeprty has been taken. I feel the reason behind this could be due to discrimination towards me and my partner either relating to our jobs, race or age. Please landlords, if you wish to rent your property and want to have a good relationship with your tenants, DO NOT USE Haart estate agents, and to all tenants, if you wish to view a property do not get your hopes up and have the persistence to perceiver to get your viewing as it could take 5 days plus.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have honestly had the worst experience with this Lettings Agency. I contacted them on Thursday to try and arrange a viewing. The person I spoke to advised that there were no available agents and that someone will be giving me a call back within the next 20 minutes. No surprise, I had not received a call back. Called again on the same day later on in the afternoon, they advised me that the message has been passed on and I would be contacted on the same day or the next morning. Friday came along, no call from anyone. I called again Friday afternoon, same again. A message will be left and you will be contacted within the next 10 minutes. Shocker!! No call had been received. I waited for a call on Saturday but no one had contacted me. On Monday evening I get a call and booked a viewing for Tuesday evening. I receive a call on Tuesday morning advising me that there has been a holding deposit put down and the property is off the market. Maybe if you actually answered the phone or called me 5 days earlier when I phone, I would have been able to also put a holding deposit down for a property that I was very interested in. Apart from that, no apology was received initially for the delay in contacting me and no explanation was given. If that is how this estate agency works, I am glad that I have not rented a property with them. Absolutely awful. We have had the most professional of relationships with Brad & his team at Haarts. From the offing, finding the correct tenants (long process of doing all the checks, too many tenants trying providing information which is less than honest!) to empathetic helpful communications at every stage (and there are many!), has been a breath of fresh air! This was in total contrast to our previous experience of renting which left us with eye-watering costs for a small 2-bed property.
