I have found Haart Management company quite helpful, special the team of Andrew Tustin and Cristiane Parks. The team has always helped our tenants and guided them with proper and prompt help. As for the landlord or Tenants they play an unbaised role. Andrew, understands some of the key facts with regards to identifying the problem and addressing it.. Cristianne Parks organise and manages the resource needed for a successful management delivery.. We are quite pleased with their support !!

I had my house valued by Amy at Haart I was so impressed with the marketing they use the open house and flink it was all explained so clearly. I had 2 other agents round and they were here 20 minutes trying to get me to sign a contract, Amy put no pressure on me and when the time is right I will definitely be using Haart! The customer service I received was not like the other agents. All my questions were answered.

Dealing with Haarts property management team was an extremely tedious, unpleasant and frustrating process. The team is truly incompetent. The staff turnover is extremely high and you will have a new property manager every month, give or take. The communication is abysmal with both the tenant and landlord alike. When you need to contact them; they are always conveniently in a meeting, on holiday leave or just left the office. It is actually comical how a company is able to operate like this. They also did not provide me with my EICR certificate, which I paid for and needed for future tenancy after requesting numerous times via email and phone. It may seem that due to the level of neglect and poor communication and management from Haart, my property was damaged severely by tenants, goods were stolen/ missing and check in and check outs were either not conducted properly or not done at all. This lead to damages of over 2500GBP+ and was only reimbursed a laughable amount of 155gbp from the tenants deposit. I had the displeasure of dealing specifically with Callum, Nahid and Ashley of the Croydon branch and will never use this company again. Truly a horrific experience. High fees for a lack luster service.
