I am very grateful to Matt Blomeley for his representation - a first class support service. As a Landlord I could not have asked for better. It's one thing someone going out there to bat for you, it's another when that person does it with passion and integrity and brings home results. Matt is moving on and I wish him well - I am very sorry to lose you. You really have set the bar, dealing with my case with knowledge, sensitivity and assuredness. Not everyone behaves properly and decently in a Pandemic (as you would want, hope and expect) and the fact that you dug deep and scratched beyond the surface - and delivered for me - thank you, thank you!

Andrew has been exceptionally strong managing my buy to let property. After two previous agents I couldn’t recommend Haart enough. Whilst the big stuff is always covered professionally they also help with small pieces of assistance that make a big difference (particularly as I live away from the area). Communication very prompt.

Anna was very responsive in booking the viewing, seeing that I called last minute. She is professional and direct person, something that it’s difficult to find with many other estate agents.

Absolutely disgusting service since the change of property management. No support given when issued an S21 from the landlord shortly after talks of renewal, constant phone calls about my new tenancy and when I would be leaving even after providing information on 2 previous occasions. Billie from property management is incredibly unprofessional in her approach. Prior to this haart provided a great service and would be incredibly helpful but the change of perssonel leaves a lot to be desired.
