Absolutely disgusting service since the change of property management. No support given when issued an S21 from the landlord shortly after talks of renewal, constant phone calls about my new tenancy and when I would be leaving even after providing information on 2 previous occasions. Billie from property management is incredibly unprofessional in her approach. Prior to this haart provided a great service and would be incredibly helpful but the change of perssonel leaves a lot to be desired.

I have nothing but praise for Aliya Charnley’s calm, supportive and professional attitude as our agent at Haarts. She listens, acts and gets the job done! She is highly skilled in both negotiating and mediation and has acted promptly with any issues. She obviously knows the estate agency business thoroughly…with these skill sets, Aliya can move mountains! She is a great ambassador for Haarts Croydon. It has been our pleasure dealing with her. Brad Murray is my hero, along with a fantastic new landlord, Oliver. Brad listened to me, made me feel heard & cared about as a customer & human being. Brad recommended a brilliant moving company who were good at keeping their distance from me. Brad has been a joy to work with during this really odd moving situation. First time renting from a video call!! He is honest & trustworthy. Could be teaching all other agencies how to behave. I'm going to miss our chats. Have to go & unpack tissues now! Bye
