GoogleCubitt & West comes highly recommended by both my hubby and I. The service we received was impeccable, from start to finish. Rocco Fung impressed us with his sales technique and made us feel at ease. Every single member of staff dealt with us with great professionalism. I would like to mention a few members of staff by name Caitlin Rosser, who calmed me down when we lost our first buyer. She spoke with such reassuring words, and chased up the Sales Progressor when I could not get hold of her. Phoned me back when I was at my wits end, as pressure was mounting from our vendors, and guided me. Moving home is stressful enough, but having someone stay calm, efficient and helpful lightened the load. Gillian Gascoigne and Juliana Dennis were brilliant too. GoogleWe would very much like to thank Paul Brown and Nicola Hole of the C&W Lettings Team who both worked tirelessly to ensure that a prospective tenant was able to move into our vacant flat with all references, legalities and financials completed without a hitch and in record time. Given that both Paul and Nicola were working from home and that it was a Bank Holiday weekend, everything was completed in five days! Neither Paul nor Nicola were due to be working on Good Friday and Easter Saturday so they put in additional hours on our behalf, certainly working way above and beyond what we might have expected. Our huge thanks to them both for making this a seamless experience.
