Very poor experience of renting. The property wasn't ready for handover at the agreed time as they hadn't booked the contractor to do the inventory. That was just the start of the problems. It's been 3 weeks since moving - we still a toilet that leaks sewage water and several other unresolved issues, we haven't had a copy of the inventory and the management team doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone.

Our 2.5 year experience with this letting agent was overall very positive. I particularly enjoyed their expediency and how easy they were to reach. When it came time to end our tenancy, Micah Roye was very polite and respectful with the viewings booked while we were at the place. He also made sure to work around times that suited us and was extremely helpful with questions we had after our last day of tenancy. Would highly recommend their staff and services.

Cubitt & West comes highly recommended by both my hubby and I. The service we received was impeccable, from start to finish. Rocco Fung impressed us with his sales technique and made us feel at ease. Every single member of staff dealt with us with great professionalism. I would like to mention a few members of staff by name Caitlin Rosser, who calmed me down when we lost our first buyer. She spoke with such reassuring words, and chased up the Sales Progressor when I could not get hold of her. Phoned me back when I was at my wits end, as pressure was mounting from our vendors, and guided me. Moving home is stressful enough, but having someone stay calm, efficient and helpful lightened the load. Gillian Gascoigne and Juliana Dennis were brilliant too. Considering moving home is one of the most stressful things to do in life, Cubitt & West made the process seem easy. We received excellent help, advice, care and attention starting with the valuation appointments with Rocco who was informative and professional. The service continued with wonderful Wahida who found numerous interested buyers, and with courteous Caitlin who accompanied the prospective buyers around the house. Both Wahida and Caitlin followed up with phone calls to inform us of offers and progress on our sale. We could not have asked for better service. In addition, the photos and video of the house were spectacular and definitely helped attract prospective buyers. We cannot recommend them highly enough; they were superb.PositiveProfessionalism
