The customer service that we received back in 2014 (when the house was purchased) was at the same HIGH level when it was sold in 2023: - friendly attitude, - frequent and clear communication, - knowledgeable about their industry, - proactive and responsive. GoogleI instructed Cray and Norton to market my property in Queen St. Croydon in January 2022. As a client, I provided them with a particularly challenging set of circumstances which caused several buyers to withdraw! However, the personnel at Cray and Norton were never detered and were always able to provide new buyers for me to assess. I was always amazed on how quickly this was done. I should add that at one point I had to withdraw the house from the market because my personal circumstances did not facilitate a sale (hence the gap from initial instruction to final sale). Cray and Norton are the ultimate professionals in the real estate business. I highly recommend them should you wish sell a property (as in my case) and I'm sure that buyers are of the same opinion.

GoogleWorst experience,Worst Letting agency in London . After vacating their home they took all your deposit amount as a maintenance charge . Don’t waste your money to these worst place. They took our £2015 pound(My full deposit amount)for maintenance charge .We stayed their house only 50 days .For that 50 days they took 2015 pounds . Go with good agency people . I don’t like to give even single star for this agency.
On the run from the Police and hiding behind a keyboard in India 👏You really couldn’t write a more comical review! FACTS 1. You sublet the property we rented to you. 2. You robbed tenants of deposit monies and Croydon council reported you to us and the Police 3. You damaged the Landlords Property and they have made a claim against your deposit 4. Your deposit is still being held in the DPS scheme 5. You have run back to India to hide from the UK police 6. Our Landlords love us for how we dealt with the entire situation and has entrusted there property with us again

GoogleNever show up to viewings. Claim they have a 10 minute waiting policy (More like 30 seconds) then ask you to wait 10 minutes as one of their agents "might show up". BUT if they don't then don't worry you can always rebook! Not. No wonder Manning Gardens is still on the market.
