I had such a great experience with Cray Norton estate agents when buying my property, I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning their communication was brilliant. Buying a home can be very stressful, but they made the whole process feel so much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way. They were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions I had. What really made a difference was how proactive they were - regularly staying in touch with my solicitor and making sure everything kept moving along smoothly. It honestly took a lot of pressure off. A big shout out to Darren & Archie who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well. I would highly recommend Cray Norton estate agents to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and supportive team. They set a very high standard for what an estate agent should be.

I had a really positive experience with this estate agent. Darren and Archie were consistently accommodating throughout the process. Whenever I needed updates, they chased the sellers promptly and always came back to me in a timely manner, which made the whole journey far less stressful. Chloe was also fantastic during the viewings. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. On completion day, she made an extra effort to ensure I could collect my keys without any issues, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the team made the process much easier, and their support didn’t go unnoticed. I’d happily recommend them
