We chose Cray and Norton to sell a vacant family home. I found Darren to be an excellent listener who picked up on our needs. Our contact was also with Archie and Lucas. Everyone communicated friendly, promptly and professionally. C&N definitely stand out as having excellent skill and strategy. We felt they cared. We are very happy with the sale. We had the misfortune of below par solicitors - Darren, true to his word, kept the sale progressing. I 100% recommend and would use again. Thank you team, i know there was hard work to do.

We used Cray and Norton when we relocated to Addiscombe in July, Archie was fantastic on the viewing, really informative and even helped guide us through the referencing process. Cray and Norton manage our property and we had a few issues with the oven but they arranged a replacement asap. Estate agents get a bad rep some of it justified but these guys are really helpful and responsive and I would definitely recommend.

After starting my search in need of a bigger home, I finally came across a property with potential - listed by Cray & Norton. I had been in contact with a few other Estate Agents but none compare to the service that I received from from Darren Cray, Jess and the team. Although it has taken around 4 months or so, my purchase was finally completed yesterday. Hooray! Phoned them before Christmas. Spoke to a girl in the office there. I had a query about the rental or sale of a flat in their area. She was going to speak to the manager and get back to me. Still waiting. If they can't be bothered why should I be bothered about using them to sell my property. The response from the owner of Cray and Norton says this is a fake review. well I am afraid it is not. If there was not a girl working there it was definitely a female voice on the phone. She took all my details including the property address and my telephone number and said she would get the manager to ring me back. That was 15 months ago. Still waiting.

Absolutely shocking service. Darren the owner is only concerned about his money. I understand from speaking to other people, they have also has bad experiences with this Estate Agents. We decided to withdraw an offer from a property that Darren was trying to sell us. Due to severe structural damage, (confirmed by a structural surveyor) we decided not to proceed. Darren became very pushy and aggressive on the phone, trying to convince me the property was fine. Please avoid this Estate Agent at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Cray & Norton were excellent when we sold our place in Addiscombe in 2009. Couldn't have been more helpful and efficient back then. Because of this we recommended them to my step-son to sell his flat in Shirley. Seems that the excellent service we received has not been maintained. Complete lack of communication, even down to the person dealing with his sale leaving the company and him not being informed. On a single sale of a flat, with no chain, it seems to be taking forever, with my step-son constantly having to chase things. Last recommendation for Cray & Norton by me I'm afraid. You were 5 star. Now 2 star at the most from what we've heard from his frustrating experience.

I recently completed on a property in South Croydon through Cray & Norton and I cannot thank Darren, Marcel and the team enough for ensuring the transaction went through. From what we expected to be a relatively straight forward purchase, turned out to be an incredibly complicated one, with issues with the conveyancing, but Darren & Marcel worked extremely hard to ensure it all went through okay. Their communication throughout was brilliant and they always kept me posted with updates and progress from the vendor's side. I would 100% recommend Cray & Norton and will not hesitate to use them to sell/rent out my property through them when the time comes - thanks again!
