The experience with Cray and Norton was great and this was because they actually care. They are empathetic to the needs of the seller and were flexible, reliable and respectful all the way through. Selling your home can be difficult and stressful however Cray and Norton releive that stress and take time to give you a bespoke and friendly service. They are able to give you a good market appraisal that is realistic and will work tirelessly to get your property sold. A great experience and I would recommend you use them. Everything you call they pick the phone, if you leave a message they call back and if you email they email back. Communication is one of their strong points and realism is another. Give it a try you have nothing to lose and more to gain.

Cray And Norton make all the process so effortless, and I never felt the need to visit their office or chase them up as they got on with calm, warm, ease. Wheres other estate agents can feel so laboured and tricky; this felt like buying a coffee.

GoogleI just bought a house in Addiscombe with Cray& Norton . I have been looking for 3 months with other agency and there was been so much mis communication ,confusion at last I wasted time .. Then I found a property with Cray & Norton .. A young person Sam help me with viewing, he had a great attitude which made me comfortable & was able to explain what property exactly I’m looking for .. Darren who played an important role in fixing & was quick also transparent in communication with the seller and buyer .. They all guide me together buy a beautiful property .. GoogleI'm not a fan of estate agents, having given them tens of thousands of pounds , over the years, for doing, not a lot, in my opinion. However, I make an exception for the team at Cray and Norton. They have actually been a delight to work with, having sold the property quickly ( they'll happily admit that there was a bit of luck there too ) but then followed up with a truly professional but friendly service. I'm based in Spain and they have helped out with organising all the difficult things in selling my Mum's house. If you are selling a property in Addiscombe, particularly around the Blackhorse area, I would definitely recommend, Marcel, Sam and Darren at Cray and Norton.
