From the initial contact up until recieving the keys, my whole experience was very smooth with no hassle whatsover. GoogleA tricky transaction: Timea (in house mortgage broker) was incredible. After experiencing difficulty with a couple of lenders, she managed to secure a great product. Carrie and Kelly were really helpful on the negotiation side of things after two down valuations. Chuffed all round!! Thank you guys :)

GoogleI'm currently in a difficult situation where my current landlord needs his property back. Due to ill health in my family I'm currently an unpaided carer so finding a new home is proving hard. I contacted this estate agent and had the misfortune of speaking to Anton Harvey on two occasions. The first time he was pleasant but not terribly helpful. However, I called again this morning. This time he was argumentative, rude and lack even a hint of humanity. He bragged about being a home owner and landlord and how lucky he is and referred to my situation as 'unfortunate'. When you are in a vulnerable situation like mine and staring down the barrel of homelessness the last thing you need is an arrogant estate agent telling you how much better than you they are. The guy should really get off his high horse. Anyone can find themselves in my situation... even him!

GoogleI would just like to express my thanks to Barnard Marcus in Croydon. I have just moved in to my first flat with my partner & I can’t recommend them enough. They helped throughout the whole process whilst making it as straightforward as possible. They made it a generally pleasant experience albeit with some natural stresses. If and when I do decide to move again, I’ll certainly be giving a Carrie a call to help me out. Thanks again!

GoogleSearching for a new place to live can be quite stressful and time consuming but Bernard Marcus helped to ease the process a very good amount, from the viewing to the final stage of payment. GoogleScammers, don't trust them, I've lost time and money when I was about to buy a flat. They recommended me their mortgage adviser Timea Bozhani which charged me 750 pounds upfront. Despite having an excellent score I didn't qualify for any mortgage. I will never again use this agency, and for sure I'm not paying anyone upfront.

From my initial meeting with Carrie I knew my flat was in safe hands. My property was marketed perfectly and within a day of being on the market, followed by 5 viewings I had an offer, within a week my property was sold. Despite the sale coinciding with the worldwide pandemic, Bled reassured and guided me through the process.
