GoogleKelly:- Just wanted to thank you so very much for your professional advice and support to sell Mum's flat. This was not an easy thing for me to do, Mum and my step father moved into the flat 40 odd years ago, Peter passed away 15 years ago and Mum refused to move, or change a thing, consequently when she passed last year, it needed a complete makeover and was not 'an easy' property to sell. GoogleWorst agency EVER! DAYNA and ANTON. We gave our notice, paid in advance, to move in on 20th of July and they kept delaying.. on 25th of July (today) they just don't answer the phone. The day before they said they were waiting for the landlord. DAYNA had all the documents since the begining of the month, went on holidays and didn't pass the information to her coleague ANTON. Anton took a week and half to process the documents and references and till today didn't gave us an answer. Super unprofessional. I do not recommend their services.

GoogleCarrie Rudge, manager for Barnard Marcus, was a delight to work with from the outset. Very professional and honest and managed our expectations from the outset. Carrie talked us through the process and set the price right for a flurry of interested offers resulting in a solid buyer. A realistic offer was accepted and everything was put in place for a speedy outcome. Then lockdown happened. And even though furloughed, Carrie took a welcome interest in what was going on. Even though we became the “estate agents” negotiating tricky parts along the way we still felt guided by Carrie. Carrie was an important part of this transaction throughout and we hope to deal with her again. Thank you Carrie. You are a star.

GoogleAlex Breen was a wonderful person and though he is new he did his job very well. He managed to find us a property that we love In a short amount of time and is still doing his best to help us win this property. We went to a viewing with him and since the second we arrived he was extremely nice to us. I can confirm he knows how to do his job very well and any time we had any questions about the property he was always opened to talk with us and make sure our inqueries were answered. Alex is very efficient with his work too, he managed to help us finish all the documents for our property in less than 2 days. Furthermore I'm very optimistic that everything will go well as he helped us so much and assured us everything will be ok. I'm so incredibly pleased with his work and I believe is indeed one of the best agents Ive worked with and believe me I've spoken to many agents recently but Alex was deffenetly the best one.PositiveQuality

GoogleWhilst looking for a property for me and my friend Sara, we came across one we loved. We were so desperate to get it and we really thought we wouldn't! Layah and Alex went above and beyond to help me and Sara. I really recommend them. I can happily admit that I did not make either of their lives easy, but on my moving day Alex really pushed the boat out. For a brand new estate agent, who I put in the deep end, he really dealt with the situation well. Layah is an amazing manager, again who really pushed the boat out for us and helped us secure the flat. She clearly has years of experience in what she does and she's very good at it!
