YellStar Agents
We decided to buy a property which was advertised by Barnard Marcus. The agents were very helpful and accommodating to sort out the difficulties we faced from viewing a property to till completion process. We all know it comes with few challenges and it pays of when we have bit more patience and clear communication.

GoogleThey were incompetent, bully's and liars. The worst our solicitor had come across in 30 years. They mis-described the property we were buying. They actually lied to seller to get our offer regretted our offer when we refused to use their in house broker, only got the offer accepted when we spoke to the seller directly.

GoogleStaff did not show up for a scheduled viewing. I found that strange and in hindsight I am wondering whether the property advertised was indeed on the market because when I rang to book the viewing originally the staff I spoke with was more interested in getting me to apply for a mortgage through their firm.

Googlethis agent lied to my buyer and said that I had insisted they use Barnard marcus' mortgage broker and solicitors which went on to cause a whole raft of delays, if I were buying though them and they made this statement I would request written evidence from the vendor that this was a genuine demand.

GoogleWorst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Polite to your face but telling lies constantly and exhibited threatening behaviour when I challenged them. These are some of the most unscrupulous people I have ever met. I would suspect that any positive reviews here have been written by them!
