GoogleI had previously used another agency in an attempt to sell my property in 2019 and to say it was a disaster from start to finish would be an understatement. From my initial meeting with Carrie I knew my flat was in safe hands. My property was marketed perfectly and within a day of being on the market, followed by 5 viewings I had an offer, within a week my property was sold. Despite the sale coinciding with the worldwide pandemic, Bled reassured and guided me through the process. GoogleAs soon as they get your money, forget about asking them to do anything. I live on the 2nd floor with only one way out and have to regularly cancel plans because I keep getting locked inside my property. Doesn’t matter that it’s a huge safety risk. The manager is rude and incompetent. They’ve known for over a month but won’t get a locksmith to change it 🙃

GoogleSaturday 26/08 we were caught in several viewings with other agents in view of buying a property.We had also called Barnad Marcus day before for a property of great interest to us but their line was very busy.Saturday while viewing with other agents we called Barnard Marcus and explained to the staff , we would like to view a property in an hour frame.To our great surprise, the office staff sent a gentleman, Sashan who managed to fit us in his extremely busy schedule and we viewed not only one but two properties in less than two hours..Amazing service..Thanks a lot Sashan

GoogleTransparency , trusted group and a stress-free process. We rented a place with Barnard Marcus East Croydon recently and thanks to our agent Brigitta all the process went smooth and stress-free. She was lovely and helpful through all the steps from the initial offer to the key collection. She was ready to help and she found a way to solve every small problem that came up. We definitely reccomend Barnard Marcus, and if Brigitta will take care of your moving you won't have to worry at all!

GoogleScammers, don't trust them, I've lost time and money when I was about to buy a flat. They recommended me their mortgage adviser Timea Bozhani which charged me 750 pounds upfront. Despite having an excellent score I didn't qualify for any mortgage. I will never again use this agency, and for sure I'm not paying anyone upfront.

GoogleI was fortunate enough to sell my beloved family home earlier this year and have to say a truly fantastic branch to deal with! I was always greeted by warm and friendly staff on arrival and was lucky enough to deal lovely woman by the name of Carrie Rudge. I personally cannot recommend her enough, she made the process stress free (as stress free as moving can be) from start to finish. To you and all your staff, thank you again!! 5 stars

GoogleThey are absolute liars. They took 350 pounds for advance and stuff. We paid the amount and a week later that lady called and told my husband that our references had not cleared hence they can't rent out the property. My husband spoke to our current landlord and employer to asking why they have not given the right reference and they both told they didn't say anything wrong because we had always paid rent on time and stuff. Then my husband spoke to the letting lady again asking the reason she said for some silly reasons they can't reveal it. Lastly as we had no other choice my husband asked them to refund our advance deposit which we thought was for the property, they said that was the processing fees ....I mean who charges bloody 350 pounds for checking references in 2 days. They are absolutely crap no one should go to them.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience purchasing a flat through these agents. They lied both to us and the seller at every turn, only concerned about extracting as much money as possible from both parties without actually doing the job they were being paid for. As other reviewers have mentioned, it seems to be standard practice for them to lie to buyers saying that the vendor has specifically requested the use of their in-house solicitors and mortgage broker (both of whom are terrible and caused numerous unnecessary delays to the sale). We have strong reason to believe that they illegally did not pass on the highest offer to the vendor because they did not agree to use their in-house services. Sellers, please steer clear!

YellTenant - felt like a scam
The fees are among the highest I've come across however the service they provided was poor, lots of errors and misinformation, mistakes are ok, we all make them but the attitude felt lazy and exploitative. To make things worse, as part of the referencing process for letting you're _forced_ to accept advertisements from home telecom (well known to be an awful provider). As in, they do not let you submit your referencing details without agreeing to be advertised to. Despite contacting them separately to refuse advertising they've texted, rang and emailed (a few times) trying to get me to sign up. On the upside staff were often friendly and approachable which was a welcome contrast to the pushy aggressive sales tactics of the other agencies we tried, however as things have progress I feel this was more of a facade than genuine. The whole process felt like a scam. Avoid if you can - properties are often up with a few agents so have a search around to see if you can use someone else.

GoogleOne of the worst estate agents I have dealt with - in fact I have barely dealt with them as they are so unresponsive. I am a first time buyer with a mortgage approved. The first property I submitted a viewing request for through Zoopla and left a message with someone in the lettings team the following day. No one called back and 2 days later my boyfriend called and was told it was under offer. 3 weeks later and it is still showing as available on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. This week I have submitted another viewing request and called twice (around 2.30pm on a Weds) but there is no answer and no answering machine. If I was a seller I would avoid at all costs.

GoogleIncredibly efficient and professional service- Jed booked in multiple viewings then held an open day and sold my property within 2 weeks of it being listed On Rightmove. Jed has a warm, friendly and open personality and he kept me up to date every step of the way! I would highly recommend this service.
