We bought a house recently with Help to Buy and and it was amazing how she actually got us what we wanted and the house is great we couldn’t be any happier. I would highly recommend Timea Toth to visit, if your looking to buy a house.

GoogleJasmine Rokib was our agent that took us to view several apartments. She went above and beyond to help us find a gorgeous flat perfect for my daughter and I and in our budget. Both she and Leya Ricketts are extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. We are Americans with no knowledge about real estate lettings in the UK. Leya and Jasmine made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and welcome, even though we asked a million questions and visited their office every other day as if we lived there.😁I would definitely highly recommend. We love these ladies!!

GoogleNo complaints really. Great service initially from stages of viewing, making offer, making the completion date and all the nitty gritty bits between. Normal frustrations with property purchase for various reasons but experienced great help, particularly from Jermaine from the outset who arranged the property viewing for me and continued to liaise with Kelly and the team right through to the point where I collected my keys. Thanks for all your help guys. Its an absolute pleasure and now happy to be enjoying our new home.

GoogleI have recently re-let my property through Barnard Marcus and I thought the experience was exceptional. I had previously, over the past few years, used a few agents locally that turned out to be a complete nightmare. I wasn't just impressed by the honesty but the advice I was given by the lettings manager Billy not only got me the perfect tenant, but a tenant that wants to live in my property for the foreseeable future. GoogleWe recently put in an offer on a house being marketed through Barnard Marcus, dealing with Kelly in the sales department. Having read earlier reviews, I was dubious and nervous. However, Kelly was very friendly and informative, giving us as much help as she could while remaining professional. The thing I appreciated most was how efficient and reliable she is - she always called back when she said she would and kept us updated along the way. Unfortunately, our offer wasn't successful but if Barnard Marcus have a property in future that we like, I look forward to dealing with them again. Thank you!

Googleupdate: MY REVIEW KEEPS ON BEING CANCELLED.What a bunch of clowns. After I’ve been renting a property for 3 months they just keep ignoring my emails about fixing a leak that it’s been ongoing from before we moved in( they only told me after I signed the contract and said it was fixed). I’m living in a dump with mould that I have to clean every week. No worries guys once you sign a contract they will just make sure you can’t contact them again. On top of it they have agreed to reduce the rent of £100 per month but to my surprise the arrears team is chasing me up every 2 weeks saying I have overdue payments of £200 since September.I have called the branch countless times about this mistake and the arrears team as well forwarding emails where I confirm the agreement only to receive another letter last week saying they have suggested the landlord to seek legal advice and that my payment is way overdue(Please stay away from these people nobody knows how to do the job honestly).
